The Honorable Lou Correa (CA-46)

Congressman Lou Correa is a longtime Orange County resident, with deep local roots. To this day, he lives only three miles from his childhood neighborhood in Anaheim. He is the son of working-class parents whose hard work gave him a chance at success. Lou has spent his career fighting to protect the American Dream, and ensure anyone can reach the middle class, just as he did.

Lou credits his success to his education and the Anaheim public school system where he attended Benjamin Franklin Elementary, Fremont Junior High, and Anaheim High School. Lou graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Economics. Always striving for more, Lou returned to college and earned his Juris Doctor (JD), and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

  • Devon Bryan

    Global CISO, Carnival Corporation

    Results-oriented executive information security leader with over 22 years of broad cyber security and enterprise risk management experience and a proven record of success. Expert in managing cost-effective, high-performance, information technology security programs that balance enterprise risk with legislative and regulatory compliance in the support of key business objectives.

    Mr. Bryan Holds a Masters in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelors of Applied mathematics from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He is also a Co-Founder of Cyversity a 501(c)3 foundation to support Women and underrepresented minorities in Cybersecurity.

  • Dr. Aunshul Rege

    DIRECTOR, Temple University CARE Lab

    Aunshul Rege, PhD, is an Associate Professor with the Department of Criminal Justice at Temple University, USA. She holds a PhD and MA in Criminal Justice, an MA and BA in Criminology, and a BSc in Computer Science. She has been researching proactive cybersecurity in the context of cybercrimes against critical infrastructures for over 10 years. Specifically, her National Science Foundation funded (CAREER, CPS, EAGER) research examines adversarial and defender behavior, decision-making, adaptations, modus operandi, and group dynamics. More recently, she has started researching social engineering, which is the psychological manipulation of individuals to start and maintain cyberattacks.

  • Frank Carbajal

    FOUNDER and PRESIDENT, Es Tiempo, LLC

    Founder of the Silicon Valley Latino Leadership Summit, which brings the Top Thought Leaders throughout the Country to Stanford University. Frank is also the co-author of Building the Latino Future: Success Stories for the Next Generation (Wiley & Sons), and Co-Author of El Futuro Latino (Grupo Norma), which is published in 14 Latin American Countries, including Mexico. Frank is on the Advocacy Committee for the Silicon Valley Education Foundation. Frank was also awarded the 2013 Portraits of Success, by the Hispanic Development Corporation.

    Mr. Carbajal holds an MA, with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. Frank and his wife Molly live in Santa Clara, and Frank is most proud of his three daughters in Santa Clara, California. EsTiempo "It's Time" for all Latinos to Lead!

    From Santa Ana, CA with deep raices (roots) in the Hispanic community, JC is the son of Mexican immigrants. His dedication to the community and nation is exemplified by his 29 years of service in the US Department of Defense (Army) in multiple leadership, advisory and mentorship roles that includes CIO, CISO, CTO, Board Member, Advisor, Chief of Staff, Director of Cyber Operations, and cyber instructor at the United States Military Academy at West Point.

    JC is a proven executive, strategic leader, and cyber visionary with over three decades of leadership roles and experience. JC has led operations in high stress environments characterized by demanding standards and intense operational schedules. He possesses extensive experience in building strategic cyber programs at the Army/National level and leading professional Operations, Research and Technology teams in preparation for combat and support missions in the most hostile environments.

  • Keenan Skelly

    Ms. Skelly has more than twenty years’ experience in providing security and strategic solutions across a wide array of platforms to include personnel, physical, and cyber security. She brings more than ten years in government service with a focus on National and Homeland Security. Ms. Skelly served in the US Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician and went on to work for the Department of Homeland Security in the Office for Infrastructure Protection. In this capacity she ran vulnerability assessments and exercises on Critical Infrastructure assets throughout the Nation and helped to develop the first systems assessment approach for Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources. In addition to government service, Skelly has ten years’ experience with the private sector in Technology & Security Business Management and Strategy. Her former roles include Director of Strategic Partnerships, VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Global Partnerships, Chief Revenue Officer, CEO, and Board Member.

    Her expertise in business strategy, crisis management, cybersecurity, intelligence analysis, and Homeland Security make her an admired and respected leader among her colleagues. Skelly has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Women in Cybersecurity 2019 by Cyber Defense Magazine, by The Software Report in the Top 25 Women Leaders in Cybersecurity 2019, and one of the Top Female Executives by Women World Awards in 2019. Skelly is also a mentor and coach for Cyber Patriot, Girls Who Code and, was awarded the Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu Mentor of the Year for 2019, and Top Women in Cybersecurity 2020 by Cyber Defense Magazine.
