Who We Are

Raíces Cyber is a nonprofit cybersecurity workforce development organization committed to expanding access, representation, and career opportunities for Hispanic, Latino, and underserved communities.

We help people explore, enter, and grow within cybersecurity through education, hands-on learning, mentorship, professional development, career resources, and community-driven experiences. Our programs support learners at different stages of their journey, from young people discovering cybersecurity for the first time to students, career changers, and professionals developing skills for their next opportunity.

Our work connects cybersecurity education with real career pathways. Through workforce development programs, youth initiatives, webinars, mentorship, experiential learning communities, industry events, and partnerships, participants gain opportunities to strengthen technical and professional skills while building relationships with people already working across the cybersecurity ecosystem.
