The Puerto Rico Cybersecurity & AI Center of Excellence was created to connect these efforts.

Led by Raíces Cyber, the Center serves as a collaborative platform where government, academia, industry, nonprofits, and technical experts can work together to accelerate cybersecurity readiness and responsible AI adoption throughout Puerto Rico.

Its role extends beyond education programs or research initiatives. The Center creates opportunities for collaboration, supports informed decision-making, and helps translate emerging technologies into practical solutions for communities and organizations across the island.
