CyberPros for Beginners

For New Cyber Defenders CyberPros to Success Program

The CyberPros to Success program was designed to prepare individuals—particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds—for successful cybersecurity careers. It combines technical training, professional development, and mentorship to ensure participants are ready to secure and excel in cybersecurity roles.

Originally launched as a 10-week cohort, CyberPros to Success focused on career readiness, technical skill-building, and guided mentorship.

Today, Raíces CyberPros to Success operates across three simultaneous cohorts, each specializing in a distinct domain within cybersecurity:

  • Offensive Security (Red Team)

  • Defensive Security (Blue Team)

  • GRC & IAM (Governance, Risk, and Compliance / Identity and Access Management)
