Eric J. Belardo

Founder and Chairman

For more than 35 years, Eric has built a career in cybersecurity and online safety across more than 25 countries and multiple industries. A U.S. Army Military Intelligence veteran and three-time CISO, he is the author of Cyber Security: Unlock Your Potential. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, he is also a proud father of eight.

Loritza Grillasca

Sr Director for Programs and Communications

Based in Maryland, Loritza is a Cybersecurity Sales expert with nearly a decade of experience and a track record of excellence, including the 2019 Tenable Achievement Award. Her background blends high-level sales with leadership as the founder of Indie Riot, an artist promotion agency. A lifelong learner, she holds certifications from Full Sail University and Google.
